Close Encounters
CPMF's 2024/25 CHAMBER MUSIC SEASON IS UNDERWAY
CLOSE ENCOUNTERS: Chamber Music at Its Intimate Best
Jeffrey, Renee and the board felt our chamber music series was due for a new name.
Soirée by definition is an evening affair and as our events have become afternoon as well as evening gatherings, we felt we were not announcing in our name the most important aspect of our events:
the intimacy and closeness in which very little comes between you, our patrons,
and the artists and their music.
Close Encounters felt like the perfect new moniker for our series.
With our series including a reception with a light buffet and wine, giving you the chance to chat
with the artists and the company of like-minded music lovers, it truly is
a chamber music series at its intimate best!
